Jacky comes with an excellent resume from her work experience in some of Singapore’s more notable bars and restaurants. Together with the rest of the team, she is all set to propel Picotin to the forefront of the suburban gourmet scene. |

John S Thirlway
With an epic track record spanning the globe and a charming personality
to match, John started in the industry in 1992. John is joining the team at Picotin and brings with him a wealth of experience, ideas and joie de vivre.
After successful spells in the UK, Hong Kong, John moved to Singapore to manage and set up the Europe Sailing Club, amongst many others. A fondness for having a good laugh led John to partner and run The 1 Nitestand Bar & Comedy Club, followed closely with B.B’s and Rogues Bar & Bistro, all of which became overnight successes. Most recently John has been offering his expertise to Lifebrandz, the company that owns “ Mulligan’s Irish Pub” in Clarke Quay.

Kacey Whaitiri-Roberts
With a superb track record and 10 years experience, New Zealand born,
Kacey Whaitiri-Roberts joins Picotin as Chef de cuisine. An accomplished
Chef, Kacey has worked and studied with some of the top chefs in New
Zealand and Europe, notably with Gordon Ramsey at Claridge's and Chef
Emmanuel Stroobant of Saint Pierre fame amongst others.Kacey brings a
vast experience and passion for tantalizing wholesome dishes and utter
professionalism to the dynamic team at Picotin.

Emmanuel Stroobant
The man behind Picotin’s concept, Emmanuel is the driving force expertly steering his fleet of restaurants into waters he has specially chartered for each one. His astounding culinary talent and knowledgeable foresight have earned him a following that spans the globe. His professional quests are consistent with the philosophy and standards of quality that he has injected in every outlet of the Emmanuel Stroobant Group of restaurants.
